Ashley Suarez

Ashley Suarez assists clients on wide-ranging corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, management representations and financings. Detail-oriented, thoughtful and pragmatic, she efficiently assesses and addresses client needs, going the extra mile to ensure clients receive the best and most comprehensive work product and are on a path to long-term success.

Ashley is a personable, analytical thinker and creative problem solver, skilled in recognizing patterns across various transactions and applying the knowledge she gained to find innovative solutions to new or novel legal issues. Representing clients in the advertising/marketing, communications, digital consulting and other sectors, she helps negotiate and draft complex transaction documents, including purchase agreements, LLC agreements, put/call provisions and option plans.  Using her strong communication skills, Ashley serves as an effective liaison and coordinator amongst clients, specialists, advisors, foreign counsel and opposing counsel.

Prior to joining Davis+Gilbert, Ashley was a corporate restructuring lawyer at Weil, Gotshal & Manges where she primarily focused on chapter 11 filings, out-of-court debt restructurings and liability management/strategic advisory work
