Inside Edition | Menendez Brothers’ Uncle Says They Should Not Be Released

The Menendez brothers’ infamous case is currently taking the media by storm as they await potential resentencing after new evidence was discovered. There have been many questions about what happens if Erik and Lyle are released and retried. Davis+Gilbert Private Client Services Co-chair Herb Nass answered many of Inside Edition’s questions on the status of the family estate of Jose and Kitty Menendez.

As the debate continues over their potential release, Herb explained that even if they are released and acquitted the reported 14 million family fortune has been depleted, due to various expenses paid by the estate since 1989, thirty-five years ago.

Catch the full segment from Inside Edition and Herb Nass’s perspective (appearing at 1:52).
