Mr. Lasky will also discuss important intellectual property issues related to the use of social media, including trademark, copyright and rights of privacy and publicity. Finally, this session will explore guidance from the Federal Trade Commission, including its Endorsement and Testimonial Guides and its more recent Native Advertising Guide.
