The 319 attorneys in the 2017 BTI Client Service All-Stars list were selected based on individual interviews with over 300 corporate counsel – from large fortune 1000 companies – who were asked to identify attorneys who demonstrate superior client service. Interviewees were asked to rate attorneys in six targeted areas: client focus, exceptional understanding of the clients’ business, innovative thought leadership, outsized value, legal skills, and outstanding results.
