Davis+Gilbert LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has relocated its headquarters to 1675 Broadway. The firm’s 15-year, 86,000 square-foot lease occupies the 31st through 34th floor and part of the 35th floor.
As a full service law firm with over 130 attorneys, the new location – just steps from Times Square and Central Park – continues the tradition of keeping the firm’s many vibrant practice groups in the heart of Manhattan for years to come.

Built in 1989 by Jack and Lewis Rudin, 1675 Broadway has notable features such as an Italian marble-clad lobby with vaulted ceilings, virtually column-free floor plates that can provide a variety of offices, outstanding views, state of the art connectivity, convenient access to transportation and prime location steps from Times Square and Central Park.
Davis+Gilbert partnered with the CBRE team of Lewis Miller, Scott Gottlieb, Brian Gell and Michael Wellen and global architecture, design, and planning firm Gensler built out the space.
