Session Overview

From Tik Tok to YouTube to the FTC’s latest COPPA workshop, there have been a number of major developments impacting children’s advertising and privacy over the last few months. This webinar will explore the latest COPPA, CARU, State AG and Congressional actions impacting the children’s industry in 2020 and will provide best practices and practical tips for ensuring that your child-directed apps, products, and influencer marketing campaigns stay in compliance with the law.
