Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys (ACFA) | ACFA CLE | What Every Commercial Finance Attorney Needs to Know About Judgment Execution

Quick Details

  • Date: October 1, 2026
  • Time: 5:30 – 7:30 pm
  • Location: Davis + Gilbert (New York, NY)

Session Overview

Commercial finance attorneys tend to have a firm grasp on the remedies available to secured creditors under the UCC and their rights under the Bankruptcy Code and state insolvency laws.  When it comes to enforcing a judgment, however, those same attorneys sometimes find themselves in uncharted territory.  This program will cover the various enforcement measures available to judgment creditors under state and federal law, the steps required to exercise those measures, and the priority rights among competing secured creditors.
