Ralph W. Norton is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. He has broad experience in the practice of corporate and securities law, including corporate finance and SEC reporting compliance. Mr. Norton has handled public offerings and private placements of securities and has represented issuers, placement agents, venture capitalists and underwriters in these transactions. He has also advised corporations and individual executives in connection with business formation and structure, shareholder arrangements, compensation arrangements, SEC reporting compliance and a variety of corporate transactions.

Mr. Norton is an alumnus of the Securities and Exchange Commission, where he was a branch chief in the Commission's New York Regional Office and supervised the review of registration statements filed by small business issuers. Mr. Norton's Securities and Exchange Commission experience also included several years as a staff attorney in the Enforcement Division.
