Tim began his career as in-house counsel for a venture-backed company, where he experienced firsthand the operational issues and risks that rapidly growing technology startups can face. With that in-house perspective, Tim offers practical, forward-thinking solutions to meet clients’ unique operational and financial needs at every stage of their business life cycle.

Advised the principals of an underwriting management facility and general agency for specialty lines of insurance in their sale to Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company.
