Tim began his career as in-house counsel for a venture-backed company, where he experienced firsthand the operational issues and risks that rapidly growing technology startups can face. With that in-house perspective, Tim offers practical, forward-thinking solutions to meet clients’ unique operational and financial needs at every stage of their business life cycle.
Advised the principals of an underwriting management facility and general agency for specialty lines of insurance in their sale to Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company.
Represented a U.S. non-profit trade association in its first U.K. acquisition of a U.K. trade association.
Represented a private equity firm in its acquisition of a small business financing company.
Represented the general partners in the formation of a seed stage venture fund with leading financial service company investors.
