Overview
Roland Templeman assists in mergers and acquisitions, other complex transactions and corporate governance matters. He advises on legal issues that may arise throughout the business lifecycle or during the diligence process of an M&A deal.
With his detail-oriented and personalized approach, Roland makes the process as seamless as possible for all involved. He distills complex information into a digestible business context, identifying which legal documents are required and drafting transaction documents.
Roland began his legal career at Kirkland & Ellis, where he supported asset purchases, minority investments, business combinations and other transactions. Prior to law school, he worked at a public relations agency and interned at the Hollywood talent agency ICM Partners and at the Office of Los Angeles City Mayor.
