He focuses on accomplishing their unique goals for family succession and wealth transfers, through wills, irrevocable trusts, revocable trusts, and charitable giving.
Working alongside a team, Justin drafts wills, trusts and related agreements and performs legal research to keep up to date with the ever changing landscape of estate planning. He explains complex tax rules in straightforward terms to help clients make informed decisions. His careful and detailed drafting, proofreading and analysis aims to avoid future disputes or delays. Justin’s experience in court helps keep probate matters on track, and, if litigation arises, he supports quick resolutions with document drafting and fiduciary oversight.
Before he joined Davis+Gilbert, Justin was an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. He also practiced wills, trusts and estates law at Herbert E. Nass & Associates.
