With experience serving both domestic and international clients, Gabrielle assists buyers and sellers in high-stakes transactions and corporate governance issues. She has served numerous clients in the startup and venture capital worlds as well as in the advertising and marketing industries, including emerging companies that are preparing to enter these highly competitive markets.
Whether conducting due diligence reviews or negotiating and drafting transaction documents such as escrow, employment and restrictive covenant agreements,
Gabrielle prioritizes client goals in every transaction. In addition, she is a linchpin throughout the process, coordinating resources from across the firm to ensure that all key issues are addressed.
Gabrielle has been in private practice since 2018. Before joining Davis+Gilbert, she was a corporate associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

Acted for a global leader in marketing communications in its acquisition of a pharmaceutical and biotech consulting company focused on product distribution and patient access strategies.
Advised a multinational communications, advertising and technology holding company in their internal restructuring and reorganization.
Represented a family and a social services nonprofit organization in a pro bono matter related to its legal divestiture from a parent entity.
