Cole Hanson supports creative, media, and marketing companies in mergers and acquisitions and other complex transactions. He works with client teams to spot potential risks and develops solutions that keep deals on track.

Whether conducting due diligence or preparing deal documents, Cole focuses on the client’s business objectives with meticulous attention to detail. When analyzing complex legal documents, he synthesizes responses into actionable strategic recommendations.

Cole helps teams draft and review purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and financing agreements, among others. An effective listener, he translates client priorities into well-crafted corporate governance documents, employment agreements, and company policies.

Before joining Davis+Gilbert, Cole worked as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell where he counseled companies and financial institutions on major corporate transactions.
