By closely monitoring key legal and industry developments impacting client transactions, Brayan is positioned to be a strong advocate for their business priorities. He also drafts and negotiates operative and ancillary agreements and assists clients with their day-to-day operational questions.
Before he joined Davis+Gilbert, Brayan was an associate in the Latin America corporate practice of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton where he gained experience in complex cross-border transactions. Committed to pro bono work, he has been involved in several immigration-related matters. Brayan is a native Spanish speaker.
