Amy N. Mittelman is an associate in the Advertising, Marketing & Promotions; Intellectual Property; and Entertainment, Media & Sports Practice Groups of Davis & Gilbert. She represents advertising agencies, media companies, and brands in connection with various aspects of advertising, marketing and entertainment law, including regulatory concerns, copyright and trademark matters, and issues surrounding publicity rights.

Ms. Mittelman reviews advertising concepts and executions for major brands and provides guidance to business and creative professionals that enables them to engage with consumers while staying in compliance with the law. Her practice includes reviewing advertising copy, drafting agreements, and advising on designing sweepstakes and skill contest promotions.

Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Ms. Mittelman was an attorney at McCarter & English LLP and Herrick Feinstein LLP. She also previously served as a managing editor at McGraw-Hill Higher Education. While in law school, Ms. Mittelman interned at HBO and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and received the Thomas F. Reddy, Jr. Prize for Intellectual Property.
