DAVIS & GILBERT’S GARY KIBEL TO LEAD WEBINAR ON MOBILE MARKETING AND THE LAW

NEW YORK, July 19, 2007 — Davis & Gilbert announced today that attorney Gary Kibel will conduct a  webinar titled “Mobile Marketing and the Law -- How to best exploit the possibilities while managing legal issues”, on August 2, 2007 at 10:00 am (Pacific Daylight Time). The webinar is presented by iHollywood Forum.

Mr. Kibel will present an overview of the key issues that apply to mobile marketing and practical tips to help marketers or service providers take advantage of mobile opportunities.

Mr. Kibel is an attorney in the New Media, Intellectual Property and Advertising, Marketing and Promotions Groups of Davis & Gilbert.
