DAVIS & GILBERT ATTORNEY MARC J. RACHMAN JOINS FACULTY OF LEADING TRADEMARK CONFERENCE

NEW YORK, October 5, 2007 — Davis & Gilbert announced today that Marc J. Rachman would be participating as a panelist at the New York City Bar Center’s, “Trademark Basics & Beyond” conference.

On November 8, 2007, Mr.Rachman will present a session titled, "Trademark Infringement & Dilution."

As a Partner in the Litigation Department of Davis & Gilbert LLP, Marc Rachman has represented clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigations. His litigation practice emphasizes trademark and copyright infringement, false advertising, domain name disputes, securities fraud, commercial leasing, real estate brokerage and commercial property sales. Mr. Rachman has also handled disputes concerning the enforcement of advertising agency-advertiser agreements, employment contracts and restrictive covenants. His expertise extends to First Amendment matters as well.
