June 4, 2007 — Davis & Gilbert announced today that partner Martin Garbus would be participating as faculty at the American Conference Institute’s, Sports Marketing & Advertising Law conference for corporate counsel. The focus of the conference is how to protect intellectual property in the sports world.
On September 27-28, 2007, at the Warwick Hotel - New York, Mr. Garbus will present a session titled “Protecting IP when Advertising in Connection With the 2008 Beijing Olympics.”
