DAVIS & GILBERT ATTORNEY GARY A. KIBEL TO SERVE ON FACULTY OF UPCOMING CONFERENCE ON PIRACY PREVENTION

NEW YORK, February 2, 2006— Davis & Gilbert announced today that attorney Gary A. Kibel would be participating on the faculty of American Conference Institute’s “Worldwide Piracy Prevention.” On April 24-25, 2006, at Renaissance Montura Hotel in Los Angeles, California, Mr. Kibel will present, “Breaking the Piracy Food Chain.”

Gary A. Kibel concentrates his practice in: new media, intellectual property and advertising, marketing and promotions. He regularly counsels clients with respect to technology and intellectual property issues such as software and content licensing, wireless services and entertainment, interactive advertising, search marketing, enterprise technology implementations, contextual/behavioral advertising, privacy and security, joint ventures, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and laws affecting the Internet.
