iHOLLYWOOD FORUM INVITES DAVIS & GILBERT ATTORNEY GARY KIBEL TO MOBILE ENTERTAINMENT SUMMIT

NEW YORK, October 2, 2007 —Davis & Gilbert announced today that Gary Kibel will join the faculty of iHollywood Forum’s, Mobile Entertainment Summit on October 22, 2007 at Metreon in San Francisco, CA.  Mr. Kibel will moderate a session titled, "Mobile Marketing and the Law,” examining issues faced by service providers.

Mr. Kibel is an attorney in the Digital Media, Technology and Privacy Group of Davis & Gilbert.
