DAVIS & GILBERT ATTORNEY RONALD R. URBACH JOINS FACULTY OF ANA’S ADVERTISING LAW & BUSINESS AFFAIRS CONFERENCE

NEW YORK, December 13, 2007 — Davis & Gilbert announced today that partner Ronald R. Urbach would be participating as faculty at the Association of National Advertisers, “Advertising Law & Business Affairs” conference on February 12-13, 2008 at the New Yorker Hotel in New York City.

Mr. Urbach will participate in a panel discussion entitled, "Rights of Privacy and Publicity in a Converging World" with Catherine M. Karol, Counsel, General Motors Corporation. They will address topics such as granting rights for new media and the myriad of issues inherent in user-generated content.
