MARK BOKERT, CHAIR OF DAVIS & GILBERT'S BENEFITS & COMPENSATION DEPARTMENT, JOINS FACULTY OF PHARMACEUTICAL GOVERNANCE CONFERENCE

— Davis & Gilbert announced today that Mark Bokert will serve on the faculty of American Conference Institute's Pharmaceutical Governance Conference on October 16-17, 2006 at The Flatotel in New York City. The focus of the conference is managing disclosure and internal controls and assessing compensation practices and compliance program effectiveness. Mr. Bokert will participate in a session titled, "Structuring and Disclosing Executive Compensation."
As head of Davis & Gilbert's Benefits & Compensation Department, Mark Bokert's practice encompasses nearly all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation, including all matters related to qualified retirement plans, equity plans and deferred compensation arrangements. For more than 14 years, he has regularly advised clients on the design, establishment, administration and termination of their plans. In connection with employee benefits matters, Mr. Bokert has represented companies within a wide-range of industries, including advertising, investment banking, insurance, and many of Silicon Alley's high-tech start-ups.
