We represented Equitable Life in UBS PaineWebber's 600,000
square foot lease restructuring and Paul Weiss' 300,000 square foot
lease restructuring, at 1285 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New
York.
We represented the owner of 7 Hanover Square, New York, New York, in the leasing of its building to Guardian Life.
We negotiated leases for the "flagship" locations for the following retail clients: Brooks Brothers, The Gap, Banana Republic, Crate & Barrel, Williams Sonoma, Ann Taylor and Men's Wearhouse.
We represented Mastercard in the purchase and financing of
its headquarters facility in Purchase, New York.
We represented Williams Communications in the leasing of its 225,000 square foot switch facility in New York City.
We represented The Feil Organization in the negotiation of
a 115,000 square foot lease for a BJ's Wholesale Club in Levittown,
New York.
We represented the landlord in the lease negotiation for the Balenciaga flagship location in Manhattan.
We represented the world renown chef, David Bouley, in the purchase and leasing of his Manhattan restaurants.
We handle the leasing work for the Tishman Speyer real estate portfolio in New York City, including Rockefeller Center and the Chrysler Building.
We regularly handle leasing transactions for McDonalds, Boston
Market, UBS Financial Services, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Raymour
& Flanigan, Pret A. Manger, The Gap,
Banana Republic, Old Navy, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Brooks
Brothers, AnnTaylor, Anne Fontaine and Christofle.
We represented the purchaser of two prominent office buildings in downtown Brooklyn, New York (241 and 250 Livingston Street).
We have represented ownership of 720 Fifth Avenue, New York,
New York in their 2000 and 2002 refinancings of the Building.
We represented the seller in the sale of a building and land
development in Ardsley, New York.
