Davis & Gilbert Partner Ronald R. Urbach Joins Faculty Of Conference On Advertising Self-Regulation -- An NAD Event To Be Held During Advertising Week 2005

NEW YORK, July 20, 2005 — Davis & Gilbert announced today that partner Ronald R. Urbach, a partner in and co-chair of Davis & Gilbert's Advertising, Marketing and Promotions Department, would be participating as a speaker at the annual NAD Conference: What's New in Comparative Advertising, Claim Support and Self-Regulation. The conference, scheduled Sept. 26-27 at New York City's W New York Hotel, 541 Lexington Ave., is being held in conjunction with Advertising Week 2005 and will explore issues that include trends in product placement, the limits of "puffery" and denigration, and the potential for increased state and federal regulation. The conference will also provide practical guidelines for attorneys seeking to navigate the self-regulatory system.
