Davis & Gilbert Attorneys Ronald R. Urbach And Richard S. Eisert To Serve On Faculty Of Leading Conference On Advertising Law

NEW YORK, September 27, 2007 — Davis & Gilbert announced today that partners Ronald R. Urbach and Richard Eisert would be participating as faculty at the American Conference Institute’s “Advertising Law” conference on December 11-12, 2007 at the Westin, Times Square in New York City.

Mr. Urbach will participate in a panel discussion entitled, “Sponsorship and Promotional Marketing ­- Managing Rights and Expectations in a Volatile Environment” with Jim Dudukovich, Marketing Counsel Coca-Cola North America, and Michael Grazio, Vice President MasterCard Worldwide.

Mr. Eisert will participate in a half-day interactive workshop titled “Master Class on Negotiating Win/Win Sponsorship and Endorsement Deals”, an intensive strategy session on negotiating sponsorship and endorsement deals.

Ronald R. Urbach, a partner and co-chair of Davis & Gilbert's Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Department, is considered one of the country's leading advertising, promotion and marketing lawyers.  His clients include numerous multinational, national and regional advertising agencies, including those agencies that are viewed as being the top creative agencies in the world.
