Davis & Gilbert Attorneys Ronald R. Urbach And Joseph J. Lewczak Will Serve As Faculty At Leading Promotion Marketing Law Conference

NEW YORK, September 27, 2007 — Davis & Gilbert announced today that partners Ronald R. Urbach and Joseph J. Lewczak would be participating on the faculty of the Promotion Marketing Association’s annual Marketing Law conference on November 15-16, 2007 at the Marriott Downtown, Chicago, IL.

In “Who’s in Control? The Year in Review,”  Mr. Urbach will examine this year’s major cases, legislation, media and marketing issues and many other topics that arose throughout the year.

Mr. Lewczak will join forces with Rich Taylor, Counsel Turner Entertainment Networks, Lisa Stancati, Counsel ESPN, and Beth Lotran , VP, Assistant General Counsel Cadbury Adams USA, to present, “It’s Out of Your Control! Viral and Guerilla Marketing,” an intensive strategy session on how to manage your next Viral and Guerilla Marketing campaigns.
