Gerald Uram, Chair Of Davis & Gilbert's Real Estate Department, Joins Faculty Of New York City Bar's "16 Hour Bridge-The-Gap"

NEW YORK, October 11, 2006 — Davis & Gilbert announced today that Gerald Uram, Chair of and Partner in the firm's Real Estate Department, will join the faculty of the City Bar's CLE Program, "16 Hour Bridge-the-Gap" on Mondays, November 6 & 8, 2006 at the City Bar, 42 West 44th Street. Mr. Uram's session will cover the nuts and bolts of drafting and negotiating commercial leases.

As Chair of Davis & Gilbert's Real Estate Department, Gerald Uram has handled headquarters leases for a number of major companies. Among some of the largest are: Bates Advertising, MasterCard International, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, Advance Magazine Publishers (a Condé Nast company), Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy & Mather, J. Walter Thompson, Fuji Bank, Swiss Re, Neuberger & Berman, MONY, D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, The Segal Company, Meredith Corporation, the Associated Press, Planned Parenthood and Saint Vincents Catholic Medical Centers of New York.
