Davis & Gilbert Attorney Michael C. Lasky To Serve On Faculty Of Leading Public Relations Industry Conference

NEW YORK, April 11, 2006 — Davis & Gilbert announced today that partner Michael Lasky will be speaking at the Public Relations Society of America’s 2006 Counselors Academy Spring Conference to be held at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa in Savannah, Georgia on May 21-23, 2006.

In a session titled, "New Techniques in Retention and Compensation Arrangements for Key Employees." Mr. Lasky will discuss current trends and new techniques for employers to reward the people who are the agency’s future.

Mr. Lasky is co-chairman of the Litigation Department and the Employment Practices Group of Davis & Gilbert LLP. He regularly advises public relations executives and owners in connection with their employment, shareholder, incentive compensation and related arrangements. A noted authority on the use and enforceability of various post-employment restrictions on competition and the movement of talent between competitive organizations, he has been quoted by The Wall Street Journal, Newsday, Institutional Investor, PR Week and other leading general and trade publications. Mr. Lasky is also a frequent guest speaker, writer and media commentator on a variety of legal subjects affecting the public relations community.
