Davis & Gilbert Attorney Joseph J. Lewczak To Speak At New Media In Advertising Law Conference

NEW YORK, December 11, 2005 — Davis & Gilbert announced today that attorney Joseph J. Lewczak would be participating as faculty at the “New Technologies and New Media in Advertising Law Conference” on January 30-31, 2006 at the Marriott Times Square in New York City. 

In his presentation, “Sweepstakes and Contests in the New Media,” Mr. Lewczak will examine legal issues in integrating electronic media with traditional games and contests. Joseph J. Lewczak is a partner in the Advertising, Marketing and Promotions Department of Davis & Gilbert. He represents numerous multinational, national and local advertising agencies, promotions agencies, advertisers, direct marketers, and telemarketers in connection with all aspects of advertising, promotions, marketing, direct marketing and telemarketing. Mr. Lewczak has considerable experience in all areas of advertising, direct marketing and promotions, and he is an expert in the areas of games of chance, complex skill contests, telemarketing, direct mail and charitable solicitations.
