Davis & Gilbert Attorney Ronald R. Urbach Will Speak At ANA Law And Business Conference

NEW YORK, December 11, 2005 — Davis & Gilbert announced today that partner Ronald R. Urbach will be speaking at the 2006 Association of National Advertisers Law and Business Affairs Conference. The conference, hosted by the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), the premier trade association dedicated to marketing and brand building, will take place on January 25-26, 2006 at the Millennium Hotel in New York City.

In a session titled, "Advertising Agency Agreements and Compensation Models," Mr. Urbach will outline new approaches in agency contracts and innovative compensation models.
