Donald E. Sonnenborn represented landlord Tishman Speyer on the third and fifth largest transactions, Simon & Schuster Inc. and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher as well as the Greenhill & Co. lease. Jeffrey A. Moross was the lead, with assistance from Yossi Subar, in the fourth largest deal representing tenant, Gap Inc., as well as the seventh largest lease, representing Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. Gerald Uram, Real Estate Practice Chair, served as counsel to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., and Glenn E. Motelson represented Tishman Speyer on the CBRE lease. Additionally, John P. Seligman represented Omnicom Group Inc. and Robert Karin represented Merrill Lynch.
