Jeffrey A. Moross was the lead with assistance from Yossi Subar in the second largest deal representing tenant, Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. John P. Seligman represented Omnicom Group Inc. in the eighth largest deal while Gerald Uram, Real Estate Practice Chair, represented Advance Magazine Publishers (successor to Fairchild Publications) in the EdisonLearning Inc. transaction. Donald E. Sonnenborn represented Tishman Speyer on the Greenhill & Co, Squire Sanders & Dempsey and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton transactions and Glenn E. Motelson served as counsel to Tishman Speyer on the Regus Business Centers leasing deal.
