• Consulting with clients at the creation and selection stage

• Reviewing and analyzing preliminary and comprehensive searches of trademarks, service marks, company names, designs, slogans, trade names and domain names

• Filing and prosecution of applications to register trademarks, service marks and designs at Federal and state levels

• Ex parte appeals and inter partes opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and reviewing courts

• Policing of trademarks, including review of Trademark Office Gazette and subscription to watching services for trademarks and domain names

• Enforcing trademarks for clients, from demand letters to Trademark Office proceedings, to litigation in Federal and state court, to alternative dispute resolution

• Managing trademark portfolios for large and small businesses, including docketing of information and maintenance dates

• Licensing, including consulting, negotiations and drafting of applicable agreements

• Clearance, registration and maintenance of domain names

• Handling domain name disputes through arbitration and litigation
