Event Overview
This session will focus on the use of social media in the entertainment industry and cover the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC's) Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials (Guides) and their impact on the use of social media, the terms and policies of the various social media providers, online liability for user-generated content, internal and external company policies, privacy, online liability, content control, copyrights and other hot topics in social media.
