Vejay G. Lalla and Richard S. Eisert, Davis & Gilbert Advertising, Marketing & Promotions partners, will speak during a session titled "Social Media and Native Advertising Rules of The Road" at a Harvard Business School Startup Studio program to be held in New York on June 6.

Session Overview
As agencies, brands, start ups and publishers find new ways to integrate content within the user experience online; the practice of content based/native advertising continues to grow at a rapid pace. This session will provide a brief overview of native advertising, explore the intellectual property concerns with integrating user generated content within advertising, and address the regulatory risks of native advertising.
