Vejay G. Lalla, Davis & Gilbert Advertising, Marketing & Promotions partner, will speak during a session titled "Earning Followers: Influence Marketing, False Advertising and the Federal Trade Commission" at the Federal Bar Association's Fashion Law Program to be held in New York on February 10.

Session Overview
Mr. Lalla will speak on a panel with Laura Brett, assistant director of the National Advertising Division, Council of Better Business Bureaus. This panel will discuss the latest issues impacting social media marketing, influencers and other related uses of social media, including Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook.
