American Bar Association Antitrust Law Spring Meeting
"In Retrospect – An in Depth Look at Key Consumer Protection Cases"

Ronald R. Urbach, Chairman of the firm and Co-chair of the Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Practice Group, will speak during a session titled "In Retrospect - An in Depth Look at Key Consumer Protection Cases" at the American Bar Association Antitrust Law 2016 Spring Meeting to be held in Washington, DC.

Session Overview
Presented by the Consumer Protection and State Enforcement Committees, Mr. Urbach and his co-presenter Matthew D. Gold, Staff Attorney, Western Region, Federal Trade Commission will review of some of the more significant recent cases from the FTC, with a specific focus on the FTC January 2014 settlement with Nissan and their advertiser regarding a deceptive car performance ad. This in-depth look will cover the nature of the claims, issues in negotiations, and key final terms.
