Joseph Lewczak, Davis & Gilbert Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Partner, will speak during a session titled “Advertising, Interactive Marketing and Data Mining” at PLI’s Think Like a Lawyer, Talk Like a Geek 2014: Get Fluent in Technology conference to be held in New York, NY.

  • Why should privacy concerns be taken into consideration in connection with the development, use and deployment of data mining for marketing purposes?
