Digital Media and Retargeting – Beyond the Cookie Tomorrow; Compliance Today

As the self-regulatory, legal and business landscapes have evolved, the digital media world is poised to move beyond online behavioral advertising (OBA) as we currently know it. The ever-evolving landscape for behavioral advertising, programmatic buying and the use of big data requires legal and business teams to be familiar with current compliant and best practices, with an eye towards future technologies.

This seminar, co-presented by Davis & Gilbert and Ghostery, will take a comprehensive look at issues that apply to any company in the online marketing ecosystem, whether as a buyer, seller, publisher, marketer or ad tech provider.
