PRWeek’s Power to the People Conference

Michael C. Lasky, Chair of the Public Relations Law Practice Group, and Co-chair of the Litigation Practice Group, will speak on a panel titled “The Battle of Big Ideas” during PRWeek’s “Power to the People” Conference in New York City. Mr. Lasky and his co-presenters, who include Torrence Boone, Managing Director of Agency Business Development/Google Americas, Sean Garrett, Former CCO/Twitter, Maggie Fitzpatrick, CCO/Cigna, Jonathan Salem Baskin, Founder/Baskin Associates and Jolie Hunt, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer/AOL will discuss social media, ethics, media measurement, procurement, and corporate reputation.

More specifically, Mr. Lasky will contend that the PR firm of tomorrow will not be limited to media relations, design, branding, digital, video, or research and measurement. Rather, it will be organized around offering an expanded service offering to clients including ideation and execution, across an ever expanding range of communication disciplines and using an ever expanding range of media.
