Social networking sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter are being used extensively by employees for both social and professional reasons. As employee postings and communications through these sites proliferate, employers are faced with increasing business and legal risks created by employee conduct and activities online.

This program will address the legal impact of social media in the workplace and best practices for controlling associated risks, including:
