Human Resources Association of New York: Life Cycle of an Employee

Mark E. Bokert, Davis & Gilbert Benefits & Compensation Chair, will present at a session titled, “Life Cycle of an Employee Part 2: ‘Critical Benefit Issues’” at the Human Resources Association of New York event on June 9 at 281 Park Avenue South, New York, NY. The session will take place from 9 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Mr. Bokert and other speakers will discuss the health care reform, crisis management and workers’ compensation. They will also address topics such as appropriate, cost-effective benefits packages during difficult economic times, key features of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and how to prepare for the changes, as well as how to deal effectively with the legal implications of violence and other crises in the workplace.
