The PMA Integrated Marketing Conference 2010
March 23-24, 2010

Joseph J. Lewczak, Davis & Gilbert Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Partner, will facilitate a roundtable session titled "Blog, Buzz and WOM:  How the FTC's New Endorsement and Testimonial Guidelines will Impact Your Marketing Campaigns" during The PMA Integrated Marketing Conference 2010 on March 23 and 24, 2010.  Mr. Lewczak's sessions will take place from 8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.

Mr. Lewczak will review the new FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising and address how the revised guidelines will bring increased scrutiny and disclosure requirements for most promotional strategies employing third parties and what it may mean for marketers and media strategists.
