American Conference Institute's 10th National Forum on Fraud & Abuse in the Sale & Marketing of Drugs
March 24-25, 2010

Ina B. Scher, Davis & Gilbert Litigation Partner, will moderate the session, "Preserving Scientific Integrity While Avoiding Kickback Allegations for CME, Ghostwriting, and Consulting Arrangements," during the American Conference Institute's 10th National Forum on Fraud & Abuse in the Sale & Marketing of Drugs.  The conference will take place on March 24-25 at the Helmsley Park Lane Hotel in New York City.  The session will take place on March 24 between 2:15 - 3:30 p.m.
