Michael C. Lasky, Davis & Gilbert Public Relations Law Chair, and Brad J. Schwartzberg, Davis & Gilbert Corporate Partner/Co-Chair, will both speak during the PR Agency Management 2010 Summit at the American Management Association Executive Conference Center in New York City on April 8-9, 2010. On April 8, Michael Lasky will speak at the session “What PR Leaders Must Know about Intellectual Property Law in the Digital Age” and on April 9, Brad Schwartzberg will speak at the session, “Selling Your Firm Case Study: Why, How and When You Should Prepare for a Sale.”
Mr. Lasky will co-present his session, “What PR Leaders Must Know about Intellectual Property Law in the Digital Age,” with the COO & Managing Partner of Taylor, Bryan Harris. During the session they will show how a leading PR firm adds value to clients by protecting their intellectual property.
Mr. Schwartzberg will also co-present during his session, “Selling Your Firm Case Study: Why, How and When You Should Prepare for a Sale.” Together with Margi Booth, President of M. Booth & Associates and Bryan Haviland, COO of Fahlgreen Inc., they will discuss what makes a company an attractive acquisition target so that smart decisions can be made about how to grow a firm, run it more effectively, and ultimately achieve greater wealth.
