American Conference Institute’s 3rd Annual Forum on Sweepstakes Contests and Promotions

Joseph J. Lewczak, Davis & Gilbert Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Partner, will speak at a session titled, "Minimizing Downstream Liability and Risk by Ensuring Legal and Regulatory Compliance with Varying Federal and State Laws and International Regulations," at the American Conference Institute's 3rd Annual Forum on Sweepstakes Contests and Promotions.  The session will take place between 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. on October 27, 2009 in New York City.

 Mr. Lewczak and his co-panelist will discuss:
