Retaliation and Harassment – New Judicial Guidance
In June 2006 and January 2009, the United States Supreme Court decided two cases that have significantly redefined the parameters of an employment-related retaliation claim. In addition, last month a mid-level New York appellate court held that the standards for retaliation and sexual harassment claims under New York City law are different than those under state and federal law. In light of these cases, this program will:

  • review retaliation and harassment law
  • describe these new cases
  • explain the new standards set by the courts
  • address why these cases are important and what you need to do to protect your company

Speakers:
Gregg Gilman, Partner/Co-Chair
Daniel Feinstein, Partner
Gregg Brochin, Associate
Heath Rosenthal, Associate

The session will take place April 2009. For details regarding date and registration, please contact:
