Davis & Gilbert has represented a number of major companies in transactions involving investments and joint ventures in local companies throughout the world. For several of our advertising clients, we have essentially acted in the capacity of general counsel, overseeing the formation of an international network of advertising agencies, working closely with different local counsel in each of the foreign jurisdictions. We have structured and negotiated acquisitions of majority and minority investments and joint ventures in dozens of countries, including Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Pakistan, Poland, South Africa, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam. |
