Gary A. Kibel is a partner in the New Media, Intellectual Property and Advertising, Marketing and Promotions Groups of Davis & Gilbert. Gary regularly counsels clients with respect to technology and intellectual property issues such as software and content licensing, wireless services and entertainment, interactive advertising, search marketing, enterprise technology implementations, contextual/behavioral advertising, privacy and security, joint ventures, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and laws affecting the Internet.

Gary also advises multinational, national and local advertising and public relations agencies with respect to creative development, copy review, claim substantiation, false advertising, sponsorship agreements and the licensing of creative materials. In addition, he represents a number of performing arts agents and producers.

Gary has spoken at conferences hosted by AD:TECH, the American Bar Association, CTIA - The Wireless Association, International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), TRUSTe, Affiliate Summit, ISPcon, New York City Bar, New York County Lawyers' Association, INBOX and Internet World.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Gary was an Information Systems Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Merrill Lynch & Co.
