BRAD J. SCHWARTZBERG
Partner/Co-Chair, Corporate
As co-chairman of the Corporate Department, Brad J. Schwartzberg is involved in all aspects of the Firm's general corporate practice, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general commercial matters. His general corporate practice involves negotiating and advising clients in connection with acquisition agreements and divestitures (both public and private), employment agreements, non-competition agreements, commercial financings, debt and equity investments, as well as providing counsel on daily corporate matters. Mr. Schwartzberg has represented a number of major companies, such as Omnicom Group Inc. (and its various subsidiaries, including DDB Worldwide, BBDO Worldwide, TBWA/Chiat Day, Porter Novelli, Rapp Collins Worldwide and Fleishman-Hillard), and Publicis Groupe S.A., in transactions involving the purchase and sale of both assets and stock, domestically and abroad. He has also provided corporate representation to the Council of Public Relations Firms since its inception in 1998. In addition, he has significant experience in representing Asian clients and possesses strong Japanese language skills. Mr. Schwartzberg has served on the faculty of the Advertising Industry Mergers and Acquisition Forum.
